Prior to joining TCA in July 2015, Ms. Schreiber was president of her own management advisory firm since 2001 specializing in business growth and funding strategies, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and strategic management services for small and midsize private and public companies across industry and market segments. Ms. Schreiber started her career as a Tax Specialist with Laventhol & Horwath, a national accounting firm, before joining various public and private companies in the US as an officer and director, including specialty finance companies engaged in lending activities related to consumer finance and mortgage banking.
Ms. Schreiber manages many strategic projects and evaluates TCA’s overall operations. She is primarily responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance policies and procedures. Ms. Schreiber holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Boston University and a Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is a member of the New York Bar.
Steven Rosen joined TCA in February 2016 as the Chief Accounting Officer, and has been subsequently promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rosen is responsible for oversight of the Fund’s accounting policies.
Prior to joining TCA, Mr. Rosen spent fifteen years in various roles within the Alternative Investment Industry. He was a Financial Services Audit Supervisor at Goldstein Golub Kessler (“GGK”), a large regional accounting firm in the northeast which was subsequently purchased by national accounting firm McGladrey. As an Audit Supervisor he was responsible for conducting and managing the entire audit process of various Alternative Investment Companies, gaining significant industry knowledge and insight. He went on to become an Assistant Controller at Fletcher Asset Management before moving on to JP Morgan as an Assistant Vice President in their Private Equity Fund Services group.
Mr. Rosen holds of a Bachelor of Arts from the City University of New York, Queens College.
Saira Iqbal began her career with Societé Generalé as an Analyst after graduating from Queen Mary University London in Business Studies and French (BA). Ms. Iqbal then worked for Bloomberg as a Fixed Income Analyst. She gained valuable experience in various areas of finance. Such responsibilities have included market data analysis, fixed income analysis, data quality management, investor relations and research.
Ms. Iqbal joined TCA in 2013 as our Client Services Associate in the UK and now TCA’s Chief Client Relations Officer and Global Marketing Director from our London Office. She holds an MSC from Cass Business School with a track concentration in Risk Management.
Prior to joining TCA in May of 2012, Tara Antal developed a range of experience in different areas of finance, accounting, real estate, and financial services in both South and Central Florida. Ms. Antal’s responsibilities have extended to strategic analysis, company audits, short-sale process management on the real estate side and as a consultant, analysis and presentation at the board of director level.Ms. Antal brings her decision-making and analytical skills to the Portfolio Administration team. She is responsible for developing and maintaining TCA’s operational procedures and policies. She earned both her undergraduate degree in finance as well as her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Jacquelyn Gogin joined TCA in May of 2013 with over 9 years of wide-ranging administrative experience working with high-profile leaders in the South Florida education, legal, and business markets. Ms. Gogin’s experience includes creating and managing executive projects related to finance, marketing, business, law, and public relations for chief executives, deans, and attorneys. She also independently represented former organizations in company seminars and events.Ms. Gogin brings extensive high-quality administrative and managerial business skills to TCA, initially as our Investor Relations associate and now as our Vice President of Portfolio Administration. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Legal studies and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance, both respectably earned at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
Manuel I. Ocaranza began his career in the private banking and wealth management industry working for institutions such as UBS, Deutsche Bank and AIG Private Bank in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr. Ocaranza continued his career in several capacities for Marfrig Global Foods, one of Brazil’s largest food processing companies, headquartered in San Paolo. He performed corporate finance roles in departments such as Treasury, Controllership and M&A & Strategy directly involved in top management discussions.
Mr. Ocaranza started as a Private Equity Senior Analyst for TCA in 2015 and transitioned to TCA’s Vice President of Corporate Finance. He graduated from the University of St. Andrews with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Being fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English and French he also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
