Mr. Press’s career spans more than three decades in finance. His diverse background includes years of experience in structured finance, asset backed lending, securitizations and mergers and acquisitions both within the US and Europe. Prior to the formation of TCA Fund Management Group, Bob was co-founder and portfolio manager of Montgomery Equity Partners L.P., a sponsored fund, and also an independent fund.

He has been a principal in asset management, brokerage, and investment banking companies and has served on industry panels and as an officer and director of public and private companies. He began his career in the Capital Markets Group of Chemical Bank and rose to become one of the heads of global derivative products trading.

Bob has a B.A. in Economics with extensive coursework in computer science from Brandeis University in Massachusetts.

Bruce Wookey
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Wookey is currently Managing Director of Cartesian Capital Ltd. (“Cartesian Capital”), a specialist investment and advisory house with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Johannesburg, Asia and North America. Mr. Wookey has over 20 years of experience in Australian equities analysis and corporate advisory work. He is responsible for Cartesian Capital’s corporate advisory and equity capital markets business. Mr. Wookey consistently ranked as one of Australia’s leading analysts, with specialization in Building Materials and Diversified Industrial companies, and also structuring equity portfolios extending to a variety of asset and sector allocations. He subsequently became Head of Equity Capital Markets at County, the antecedent of Citibank Investment Banking and Salomon Smith Barney in Australia. This has enabled the development of extensive contacts with leading Australian and International investing institutions. Mr. Wookey’s corporate advisory work has primarily focused on equity origination and issue advice. Strong relationships with corporate clients have enabled extension of work into more general aspects of corporate development including debt structuring, project finance and takeover advice. This has manifested itself in developing structured solutions embracing high yield issues in the U.S., structured sales of major equity positions, and acquisition advice to certain groups. In addition, Mr. Wookey was responsible for coordinating major sell-downs and IPOs. Mr. Wookey holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) Degree from F. I. T. and a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne University. He is a Fellow of the Securities Institute of Australia, The Institute of Company Directors and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Australian Stock Exchange, prior to its corporatization.

Matthew Luciano
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Luciano’s career in the hedge fund industry has exceeded 15 years. He began his career working with D. Nolan Asset Management and Lonewolf Asset Management in research and trading. From there, Mr. Luciano entered into the fund-of-funds industry, where he utilized his considerable analytical skills, and was appointed Senior Analyst with Covenant Capital Management. Mr. Luciano’s specialty concentration included operational due diligence, which included analysis of risk management infrastructures, internal fund developments, offering memoranda, annual audits and prime brokerage relationships. As an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Pergament Advisors, LLC, he was responsible for the management decisions of the firm’s then $400 million in leveraged and unleveraged fund of fund assets. Prior to his current role at Dinosaur Securities, he was the head of event driven and macro investing at Bank of America in their fund of funds division. Mr. Luciano has a BA Degree in Psychology and Sociology from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA Degree with a concentration in finance from the Fordham Graduate School of Business. He currently holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a partner in Mr. Luciano brings his considerable experience on both the buy and sell side of the business, as well as his in-depth knowledge of fund operations and compliance to round out the Board of Directors.

Donna Silverman
Portfolio Manager and Director
Prior to joining the Investment Manager in 2010, Ms. Silverman began her investment banking career by founding her own firm, and then merging her efforts into another successful boutique investment banking firm as a partner. She is a specialist in raising capital and working with small to mid-size private and public companies with a global perspective, providing entrée and understanding of markets both within and outside the United States. Her global perspective is in keeping with the ever increasing multi-country needs of corporate issuers. She has been a director of both private and public companies in the United States. Ms. Silverman also focuses on the continuing development of resources for the Investment Manager, specializing in the introduction of the Master Fund to U.S. broker dealers and liaising with both management and registered representatives. Ms. Silverman holds a BS Degree in Psychology from Rowan University.
